Exclusive Personality Development Programme

One-week (4+2) days Personality Development module for Graduates,involving a comprehensive approach that covers various aspects of personal and professional growth:

Day 1: Personality Development Morning Session:
  • Overview of Personality Development
  • Importance of personality in personal and professional life
  • Ice-breaking activities and Video recording of Introduction by participants – through GD in Session II
  • Shoot 1 minute video introduction in camera.
Afternoon Session:
  • Introduction to self-awareness (exercises) Be the best in yourself
  • Personality assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC) Not Needed) Self explanatory of their own personality type
  • Group discussions on individual strengths and weaknesses Ice Breaking Exercise – A GD with 20 minutes time bound
Day 2: Effective Communication Morning Session:
  • Communication styles and techniques –
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication – Language proficiency – and body language.
  • Communicative Language its vocabs, Pronunciation, basic grammar, focus on fluency,to do away with hesitations and inhabitations the first trouble shooting by self
  • Active listening skills (exercises)
Afternoon Session:
  • Public speaking workshop – to get out of the tear, fluency with clarify of thoughts & expression
  • Written communication skills- Business/Email etiquette and professional correspondence.
  • Role-play scenarios for effective communication – Interactive communication skills set development.
Day 3: Personal Branding, Networking and Leadership Skills/ Dressing & Styling Morning Session:
  • Importance of personal branding – Positive characteristics of self’s Personality Highlighting his/her USP
  • Business etiquette and professional conduct – Formal body language & expression of behavior
  • Dress for success – Professional Dressing,Styling as per corporate culture and needs
  • Networking skills and strategies – how to create and grow your own individual network
Afternoon Session:
  • Decision-making and problem-solving. (Overcoming weaknesses in shortest possible time)
  • How to prepare for Professional Video Profiling
  • How to conduct on social media platforms with focus on professional platforms through video profiling (LinkedIn profile optimization)
  • Update and upgrade on new age hiring and individual assessment tools with a true representation of self by a professionally created Video + written profile in a digital format.
Day 4: Human Resources Overview and Career Development Morning Session:
  • Introduction to Human Resources (HR) function
  • Recruitment and selection process. (Over View and existing trend and preferences in the hiring industry)
  • Video/Resume building & formatting of presentation as digital CV writing tips.
  • Interview skills and preparation. How to face in camera exposure – be the best against your competition.
Afternoon Session:
  • Professional online presence and Networking activities.
  • Future trends in HR technology.
  • Q&A session with an HR professional.
  • Final shortlisting of candidates for creating their DiVR on successful completion of 4 days training
