Shweta Prasad- Chief Operating Officer
Shweta, an astute professional with immense creativity, having experience of over 2 decades, deft in handling, managing and leading teams. Her passion for creativity made her jump from the field of IT and to carve a niche for herself in media where she has been successfully utilising her vast technical skills for strategic planning and leading a roadmap to success.
Shweta’s soft and pleasing nature plays a vital role in facilitating human resource activities and contributing towards talent acquisition and Production operations which helps strengthen the company. Her ability to achieve cross functional coordination has enabled her to create value in the area of operations, influence, manage and nurture professional relationships.
Shweta primarily focuses on the Media & Entertainment and Information Technology industries.
Nidhi Sinha- Director (HR)
Nidhi Sinha is a social entrepreneur and a philanthropist with strong human resources acumen, managing, motivating and mentoring the human resources is her forte. She is on board of Futtek Global as Director HR.
Rohan Sinha – Director & Business Head
Rohan Sinha is seasoned sales professional with a decade plus experience of working with top notch Edtech companies where he has managed big sales team with an impressive and successful results in a continued pursuit of attaining higher results year after year.

Has brought in lots of freshness and new insight in leading the business development and sales team from the front. Having an engineering background he has brought in the new age tech inclusion in sales and product development of FUTTEK Global in sync with its vision and mission.
Nishat Ali – Director Middle East (Dubai)
Mr. Nishat a highly proficient business partner and CIPD certified HR professional with comprehensive experience in design and execution of HR systems and processes. He has spearheaded HR function with several multinationals in M.E and India and has been responsible for revenue generation at different stages of career. He has established HR credibility and built strong working relationships with senior managers and business heads through out career. Mr. Nishat has extensive experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development with administrated history of working in oil & gas industry, construction fields, manufacturing plants and FMCG sector. Aligned with business needs, he has achieved goals for long-term benefit of organizations.
Harsh Prasad- consulting adviser
A consulting adviser on our advisory board. He is a well respected expert in the financial services domain, with over 25 years of experience working at global positions and roles with such as Citi, Lloyds, Barclays and Bank of America. He has created, led, and worked with teams from all over the globe and has a keen appreciation of the power that a motivated, loyal, and committed workforce brings to an organisation. Harsh has held senior roles in Technology and Business functions, and is a keen proponent of empathic, human, diversity-aware, and connected leadership. He is a recognised mentor and coach and has worked with many colleagues and entry level professionals. Harsh is also a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and he works with people on a voluntary basis on offline and online mode with his global presence.
Anushri Prasad- consultant and adviser
Anushri is a passionate consultant and adviser on the advisory board of Futtek Global.
She is a professionally qualified BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) certified counsellor n consultant, working with people who are seeking to overcome challenges in their lives. These challenges could be cultural, language based, race related, work or study related, to do with family and relationships or more. With over two decades of experience gained through working with a variety of businesses and charities in London, as well as her own life experiences, Anushri is motivated to help lower barriers for those looking to advance their career and situation in life. She constantly works with people in-person in London and also online with those located in other cities or countries. Through her counselling practice Anushri has worked with many students and entry level professionals, helping them gain the confidence to navigate new and unfamiliar spaces while also making sense of and dealing with issues arising from their past work and relationships.
Swastik Ranjan- Executive Director
Swastik Ranjan is a media professional and presently works as a media consultant at DT Digital, a digital channel for DreamTreaders where she produces special shows and contents. She has a background in journalism and has worked with leading media publications for more than a decade. She has a Master’s degree in Economics and additionally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications

She poses extensive experience in IT industry working for many multinational organisations like Infosys, IBM, Capgemini, LTIMindtree to name a few for Development, Enhancement and Transition projects. She is an effective team player, persuasive and courageous.
